1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the IVDstore.in website and subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site.
2. Subscription Agreement
2.1 Subscription Plans: IVDStore offers various subscription plans for the purchase and sale of In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) products. Details of each plan, including pricing and features, are outlined on the Site.
2.2 Payment: Subscribers agree to pay the subscription fees as per their selected plan. Payments are processed securely through our designated payment gateway. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
2.3 Automatic Renewal: Need not to worry, Subscriptions are not set to auto-renew.
3 User Responsibilities
3.1 Account Information: Subscribers are responsible for providing accurate and current information during the subscription process. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

If IVDStore found and violating product and any wrong details then it will be remove/ rejected/ delete without any prior notification.
4.2 Transactions: IVDStore facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not take ownership of the products and transaction nor guarantee the quality of the products. Buyers and sellers are responsible for resolving any disputes.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership: IVDStore retains ownership of the Site and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software.
5.2 License: Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Site and its features for the duration of their subscription.
6. Termination
6.1 Cancellation: Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current subscription term.
6.2 Termination by IVDStore: IVDStore reserves the right to terminate or suspend a subscriber's account for violations of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties IVDStore provides the Site and its services on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Site.
8. Limitation of Liability IVDStore is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Site or the products purchased through the Site.
